1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GlowTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

GlowTrack is a skin health tracking application that provides:

• AI-powered skin analysis and insights
• Daily skin check-in features
• Progress tracking over time
• Personalized skincare recommendations
• Routine and product tracking
• Educational skincare content

3. Medical Disclaimer

The AI-powered analysis and recommendations provided by GlowTrack should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a skin condition, rash, or any concerning symptoms, please seek medical attention immediately.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Subscription & Payments

GlowTrack offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with basic skin tracking
• Premium Plans: Full access to AI analysis, unlimited tracking, and exclusive features

For premium subscriptions:

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to GlowTrack, including photos and notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze your photos to provide the App's features
• Store your content securely on our servers
• Display your content back to you within the App

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you share.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Use the App to collect data about other users

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GlowTrack and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GlowTrack. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. GlowTrack makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of AI analysis results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The results you may obtain from using the App
• The accuracy of any information provided

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
